Refund Policy
At PayTag.in, we aim for transparent and fair transactions.As per NPCI FastTag operational guidelines and general industry practice, once a recharge is successfully processed, it is credited to the issuing bank and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, if your payment is debited but the recharge fails to reflect in your FastTag account, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after confirmation from the payment gateway or issuing bank.
Refund processing time may vary based on your bank's policies. PayTag.in is not responsible for delays caused by bank holidays or technical issues in banking networks.
To raise a refund request, please email refunds@paytag.in with transaction details including order ID, date, amount, and your registered contact information. We comply with applicable RBI and NPCI guidelines while handling refund processes to ensure user trust and financial integrity.
